Employers Eyeing Flat Salary Increases in 2026

The majority of employers are planning no change to their salary increases in 2026. Fifty-three percent say they’ll stick with the pay raises they gave this year, which averaged 3.5%. About a third of companies say they’ll cut salary increases, and only 15% plan to boost them.
