Can I enroll in multiple offerings?
Yes! You can sign up for multiple offerings, but each may require a separate intake form to ensure all health qualifications are still met for the new treatment.
How do I submit a refill request for my medication?
If you are an active patient on one of the employer-sponsored Agile Telehealth programs, you can submit a refill request through your Patient Portal here.

You can access your Patient Portal in the navigation at the top of this page labeled “Patient Login” or you can access your Patient Portal here.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next shipment of medication to avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle. Our billing operates on a 28-day cycle, meaning charges are processed every 28 days.
To cancel your subscription, please visit your Patient Portal and follow the cancellation instructions. Cancellations made after your next shipment has been processed will apply to the following billing cycle.
