Have a pre-existing GLP-1 prescription?
If you are not a current Agile patient but have have a pre-existing, un-filled GLP-1 prescription from your doctor’s office or other external provider, you can easily get it filled through us! Simply complete a form, and we’ll send your medication to your preferred pharmacy.
Please note: This service is ONLY for GLP-1 prescriptions written by an EXTERNAL PROVIDER.
If you need to re-fill a GLP-1 prescription from your employer weight loss program, please submit a request through your Patient Portal.

With Agile Telehealth, Your Health Savings employees have access to multiple weight loss programs at highly discounted rates. What you see is what you pay every month. Below are the subscription fees for our customized compounded weight loss programs.

How do I sign up?

Can I use my insurance?
At this time, all programs operate on a cash-pay model. However, your employer has worked with Agile Telehealth to offer an exclusive deal. How do I submit a re-fill request for my medication?

What are compounded medications?
Compounded medications are customized drugs tailored to meet a specific patient’s medical needs when commercially available, FDA-approved drugs are not suitable or are commercially unavailable. These patient-specific compounded medications are prepared by state licensed 503A sterile and non-sterile compounding pharmacies. Since compounded drugs are not FDA approved, the FDA cannot verify their safety, effectiveness or quality before they are marketed. However, our partner pharmacies conduct stringent third party testing to ensure quality, safety and efficacy for every compounded medication prescribed to Agile Telehealth patients. Agile Telehealth is dedicated to patient safety and ensuring only the highest standards are met for our medications and treatment offerings.
How do I change my payment method?
Update your payment method by logging into your patient portal. If you have any issues updating your payment method or billing information, you can reach out to Agile’s patient support team at +1 583-325-7359 or email them at support@agiletelehealth.com
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next shipment of medication to avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle. Our billing operates on a 28-day cycle, meaning charges are processed every 28 days.
To cancel your subscription, please visit your patient portal at https://agiletelehealth.portal.tellescope.com/login and follow the cancellation instructions. Cancellations made after your next shipment has been processed will apply to the following billing cycle.
